Registering with First 4 Kids is simple—just follow the steps below to secure your child’s place at one of our clubs and get started with flexible, play-led childcare.

The process

Register

Start by registering your interest using our online form below or by giving us a call. We’ll send you a Registration Pack with everything you need to get started.

Complete registration pack

Fill out the Registration Pack and return it to us. Once we receive it, we’ll check availability for the days and clubs you’ve requested.

Discuss specific needs

If your child has any specific needs, we’ll arrange a conversation with a manager to plan the right support and ensure they settle in confidently.

Pay for your place

Secure your child’s place by paying the deposit via bank transfer. Details for payment are included in the email we send you.

Ready to go!

Once everything is confirmed, your child is ready to start! You can phone the club and arrange a visit to familiarise you and your child with the space and the staff. They’ll be welcomed into a safe, friendly space full of fun and engaging activities.

Future payments

Use your unique reference number to set up your payment method. We accept childcare vouchers, tax free childcare payments and direct bank transfers. Invoices are sent on the 15th of each month and are due by the 1st of the following month.
