The people behind the scenes

A passionate team supporting every child

Behind every club is a dedicated team of people who make First 4 Kids the trusted, play-filled service families rely on. From our Playworkers to our Chief Executive, each role plays a part in creating safe, engaging environments where children can thrive.

Play Co-ordinators

Lead staff at each club, responsible for creating safe, fun, and engaging play environments. They plan daily activities and ensure each child has a positive experience.

Area Managers

Provide leadership and support to the clubs in their catchment areas, working closely with Play Co-ordinators to maintain high standards of care, safety, and play.

Head Office Admin

The admin team are the unsung heroes, the heartbeat behind the scenes – keeping systems running smoothly, supporting every staff member and family across our organisation.

Playworkers

Support children in their play, help implement activities, and assist Play Co-ordinators in delivering a warm, inclusive and enriching environment.

Chief Executive

Oversees the entire organisation, guiding strategic direction and ensuring quality, sustainability, and continued improvement across all First 4 Kids services.
